Hi I placed an order for the 0.3 oz tubes for all of the size samples that appear in your web page. I received the same size and two samples per color and the tube are not twist up bottles. I really love the quality but it was not specifically what I requested. Thank you

Hello there! We received the deodorant tubes we ordered, but the lip balm tubes 8.5 g Paper Kraft packaging weren't there. Can we wait another delivery then? We really need the lip balm tubes asap. Thank you!
Thank you for fast delivery. Just yesterday we received the package. Everything seems ok, except, we already found 3 damaged tubes in the first layer of tubes - their bottoms and caps are a bit compressed, , so they are not nice and round, like all others. Maybe the package was not sealed enough for delivery and something heavy damaged them.
